Lagos state to provide broadband to 100 schools in May

Governor of Lagos State Babajide Sanwo-Olu says the state will soon roll out metropolitan fibre optics for public schools to support education with high-speed internet connectivity, the Daily Post reported. Sanwo-Olu said the broadband  infrastructure would be completed and commissioned before the end of May in 100 schools selected for a pilot scheme. He reiterated his commitment to revitalising education by providing a conducive environment for teaching and learning at every Lagos school.
