Lao PDR opens energy efficient cloud data center

Lao PDR has opened a government-operated eco datacenter in Vientiane. With integrated cloud infrastructure and security services, the new datacenter will serve Lao PDR's IT foundation and contribute to the development of e-Government applications. Additionally, the datacenter will be used for training future generations of IT engineers, industrial development and for a broad range of other initiatives.
