LatAm startup projects grow tenfold in 24 months - study

There are currently over 2,000 startups working with large companies in Latin America thanks to a tenfold increase in the number of acceleration initiatives launched in the region, according to a report on corporate venturing by innovation centre Prodem, supported by Telefonica's Wayra incubator and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). A total of 183 projects have been launched by national and international corporations in Latin America over the past 2 years compared to just 16 in 2016, with Brazil leading the ranking of relationships between corporations and startups, with 64
