Latin Americans to each have 3.5 internet-connected devices by 2025 - study

Latin Americans will have 2.5 billion internet-connected devices by 2025, or an average of 3.5 per user, according to Frost & Sullivan data cited at the Avaya-sponsored Tech Day in the Dominican Republic. The report also predicts that the mobile economy will make up 5 percent of regional GDP by 2025, by which time there will be about 500 million mobile internet users and 85 percent of households will be connected to the network.
