Lava agrees USD 90 mln in equity funding

India-based Lava International announced that it has signed an agreement with GEM Global Yield Fund, part of the Global Emerging Markets Group, for an investment of up to UD 90 million into the company over the next 36 months. The facility will allow the company to sell American depositary receipts to GEM in exchange for drawing down available funds for its business.
