Lebanese telecoms minister says sector is in crisis mode

Lebanon's telecommunications sector is in crisis management mode, reported Reuters, citing telecoms Minister Johnny Corm. There are power cuts caused by the economic decline, with weakening local currency, and regular cable thefts.
