Lenovo planning bond offering of USD 675 mln

Lenovo is planning an offering of USD 675 million worth of 3.375 percent convertible bonds due 2024. The money raised from the offering will be used to pay back debt, namely Lenovo's 4.700 percent senior unsecured noted due 2019. The rest will be put towards general purposes.
