Lenovo to pay final cash dividend of HKD 21.5 cents per share

Lenovo Group has announced that its shareholders have approved a final cash dividend of HKD 21.5 cents per share. Back in January 2019, Lenovo announced the issuance of USD 675 million 3.375 percent convertible bonds due 2024. Lenovo says the conversion price would be adjusted pursuant to the terms and conditions of the bonds as a result of the declaration of the final dividend.
