Less than 7 in 10 Mexican internet users satisfied with service

The percentage of Mexican fixed-line internet users satisfied with the service they receive has fallen from 72.7 percent at the end of 2018 to 68.4 percent in February 2021, according to the latest consumer survey published by regulator IFT. Although the figure improved from the 66.9 percent overall satisfaction rating posted at the end of 2020, it remains below previous levels, with only 66.2 percent of users satisfied with the quality of service delivered by their providers.
