LevelUp powers Chartwells' m-payment services

US-based foodservice management solutions provider Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services has signed a partnership agreement with mobile payments start-up LevelUp. LevelUp allows students to pay for purchases at certain participating merchants or dining venues using a smart device.

Interesting that LevelUp would pursue Higher Education dining...one of their big perks is with customer loyalty and I don't really see the need for this when it comes to dining halls.
