LG becomes eSports sponsor in Germany, releases HD gaming monitors

LG Electronics Germany has become a sponsor of eSports events for the first time thanks to a new cooperation with Penta Sports, one of Germany's largest eSports organisations. LG is hosting the Six Lounge Series with Penta Sports and Ubisoft beginning in February, which includes five of LG's 34UC89G-B gaming monitors and EUR 5,000 as prizes for the winners of a tournament of the game Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six. The finale will be held 18 March at the Peta eSport centre in Berlin. LG is also hosting multiple online tournaments for FIFA 18 from February that will likewise culminate in a finale 18
