Wednesday 7 September 2016 | 07:01 CET | News
Korea Communications Commission (KCC) has fined South Korean communications group LG Uplus KRW 1.82 billion (approximately USD 1.66 million) for illegal business practices, Yonhap news agency reports. KCC has also imposed a business suspension on LG Uplus for selling only corporate-use handsets to individuals, apparently in an attempt to attract more subscribers from its market competitors SK Telecom and KT.
