Liberty LatAm acquires remaining 12.5% of UTS

Liberty Latin America has announced the acquisition from the government of St. Maarten of the remaining 12.5 percent of Curacao-based telecommunications operator United Telecommunication Services (UTS) it did not already own. The move comes after it acquired 87.5 percent of UTS at a total enterprise value of USD 189 million in March.
