Libtelco picks Cataleya for network modernisation

Liberia Telecommunication Corporation (Libtelco) has selected Cataleya, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Epsilon Global Communications group, to deliver a turnkey system for interconnection, billing, and session and application management. It will be based on Cataleya's Orchid One session and application manager, which will support Libtelco's migration from legacy TDM infrastructure to IP networking.
