Libtelco recruits 100 broadband engineers

The Liberia Telecommunications Corporation (LIBTELCO), in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, has recruited over 100 Liberians to carry out fibre-optic cable broadband connectivity in Montserrado County, The NEWS reported. The firm said the recruitment exercise was done through a transparent process. Assistant Youth Minister for Vocational Education Boakai Jalieba encouraged the recruits to pursue a career in technical and vocational training because it will serve the basis for employment and the development of Liberia.
