Libyana launches 4G network

Libyan operator Libyana has launched the country's first 4G network as part of efforts to enhance coverage and performance, reports The Libya Observer. Libyana said coverage will initially be limited to the cities of Tripoli, Zawiya, Sabha and Misrata as it plans to add more regions to its footprint in the near future. It said the new technology will provide customers with a high-speed internet connection up to 150 Mbps at a very cheap price.
