Lille resolving FttH dispute with Numericable-SFR

The metro area of Lille, France, has referred a dispute with Numericable-SFR to the steering committee of the national broadband plan ('France Tres Haut Debit') after a series of unssucceful attempts to resolve the problem between themselves. SFR said it would bring FttH to all premises in the 70 municipality metro area by 2020 and to start work on 24 priority municipalities. But the rollout has stalled because of SFR's acquisition by Numericable (Altice).
