Lithuania introduces reverse VAT charge for mobile devices

Lithuania will start applying reverse VAT charging on mobile handsets, tablets, PCs and hard disks on 01 August, reports Vz.lt. . The rule will be applied if both the buyer and a seller are VAT-paying entities but will not apply to retail customers.
