Lithuania refarms terrestrial TV to open up 5G spectrum

Lithuanian telecommunications regulator RRT announced that it plans to refarm spectrum bands used for terrestrial TV services in several regions in May-June. The 700 MHz band frequencies used for TV services will be released to allow for 5G mobile services in the future.
