Lithuanian govt, competition watchdog disagree on shared use of 5G spectrum

The Lithuanian Ministry of Communications proposed to the national telecommunications regulator RRT to include a clause on shared use of 5G frequencies in the conditions for 700 MHz band licences up for auction, reports BNS.  The ministry said that shared use should be considered in certain areas, for instance on the main motorways and in remote areas, in order to improve coverage.
