Lithuanian regulator announces auction for 700 MHz band

Lithuania's telecommunications regulator RRT announced an auction for granting the right to use radio frequencies on the 713-733 MHz and 768-88 MHz bands for 5G networks. Following difficult negotiations with neighbouring countries, the release of part of the frequencies used for TV services is going ahead, Feliksas Dobrovolskis, the head of the watchdog, said.
