Lockheed Martin to sell unit to ViaSat

Lockheed Martin plans to sell its global telecoms unit which makes terminals under the LinkStar and Linkway brand names for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock to ViaSat, satellite phone and Internet service provider. The terminals are used for high-speed Internet, data, video and voice connections.
