Lombard paid EUR 513,000 to leave France Telecom - report

Former France Telecom-Orange CEO Dider Lombard was only paid EUR 513,000 when he left the company in May 2011. La Tribune reports that the amount was calculated on the same basis as all retiring executives. In 2010 Lombard turned down a golden parachute of 21 months' salary which he was due if pushed out before the end of his term. He also receives an estimated EUR 300,000 annual retirement (up to 20.8% of his salary as Chairman and CEO).
