London court mulls Star Times Kenyan digital contract case

Businessman Ajay Sethi is suing the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) for KES 49 billion in a London court for breach and termination of a joint venture for a 24-hour entertainment and sports TV station, Channel 2, in March 2009, the Standard reported. KBC is also accused of using information from a Channel 2 feasibility study on the digital television market to launch a distribution platform with China's StarTimes.
