Lonestar Cell MTN denies lobbying over promotion

Liberian operator Lonestar Cell MTN has denied media reports linking it to lobbying at the House of Representatives regarding its One Cent per Minute Call promotion. According to the Daily Observer, the operator said it was not involved in any discussion with a committee set up by the president and the house speaker, and has not and will not intentionally destroy the economic viability of the country solely for profit making.
