Love Sport CEO files complaint against Arqiva with CMA, Ofcom

The CEO of UK digital radio station Love Sport, Kelvin MacKenzie, has filed a formal complaint with the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA) and Ofcom about broadcast infrastructure group Arqiva.
