Vodafone Spain's low-cost MVNO brand Lowi has apologised to customers that were bombarded with text messages due to a technical glitch and offered 200 MB extra data as compensation for the inconvenience. Last month the operator gave away another 200 MB of extra mobile data to celebrate having reached the milestone of 100,000 customers less than a year after launching.
