Loyal broadband customers face rising costs - study

New research by uSwitch.com shows that UK broadband customers who stay loyal to their providers have seen their monthly bills increase significantly. The research shows that broadband and home phone prices for loyal customers have increased by 40 percent since 2011, costing UK homes an extra GBP 61 million per month. It shows that existing customers have seen steep increases in the cost of their broadband and home phone, while new customers benefit from competitive introductory offers and a record number of free broadband deals.
