LPTIC risks losing mobile licence in Cote d'Ivoire

Libyan post and telecoms company LPTIC could lose the mobile licence that it secured just over a year ago in Cote d'Ivoire, reports Financial Afrik quoting the country's digital economy minister Bruno Kone. The operator was selected as the fourth LTE operator in Cote d'Ivoire in September 2016, but so far has failed to use its licence to launch commercial services.
