LTA orders Orange Liberia, Lonestar to pay USD 4 mln to state after invalid surcharges

The Liberia Telecommunication Authority (LTA) has hit Orange Liberia and Lonestar Cell MTN with a more than USD 4 million bill for gains made on the implementation of its price floor order, The Observer reported. The order follows their application of invalid surcharges as part of the price floor regulation.
