Lucid VR gets USD 2.1 mln in seed funding

Lucid VR received USD 2.1 million in seed funding and entered into a partnership agreement with Wistron, a top five global ODM based in Taiwan, to bring its LucidCam VR camera to mass production. The maker of LucidCam, the pocket-sized VR camera which captures 3D 180-degree videos to be watched instantly on mobile phones using Google Cardboard or any VR headsets, received investments from Wistron, S2 Capital, Lab360, TEEC Angel Fund, 17 Miles Technology as well as other angel investors.
