Luxembourg business connectivity market revenues reach EUR 30.4 mln in H1 2018

Monday 31 December 2018 | 10:43 CET | News
Luxembourg's retail market for business connectivity services recorded EUR 30.4 million worth of revenues in the first six months of 2018, according to a study published by the country's telecom authority, ILR. This market experienced two successive years of declining annual revenues in 2016 (-2.8%) and 2017 (-6.4%), totalling EUR 68.6 million and EUR 64.2 million respectively. This partly reflects a falling share of the more expensive SDH services in the revenue mix, as business demand continues to shift towards Ethernet, VPN and dark fibre.
