Macquarie Group close to buying most of T5 Data Centers - report

Australia's Macquarie Group could buy a majority stake in T5 Data Centers as soon as this week, Bloomberg reported, citing sources close to the matter. Talks are ongoing however and could still break down. The deal would value the US data centre operator at around USD 800 million. Iron Point Partners would be the party selling its share, in a transaction that would require the approval of the Committee on Foreign Investment.
