Swedish live TV streaming service Magine is expanding to the UK, reports Bloomberg. Magine CEO Ambuj Goyal said the cloud-based app will be made available to 3,000 test users in the UK, available to download from the Apple, Windows and Android stores from 04 August. Initial broadcast partners include Channel 5, Channel 4 and ITV. Magine has been airing in Sweden for two years and in Germany, where it has 1.5 million registered users, for one year. Goyal said that prime time for the service in Germany runs from around 20.00 hours until after midnight.
