Magyar Telecom demerges Hungarian operating subsidiary

Magyar Telecom completed the demerger of its main operating segments into separate legal entities for its Residential & Small Business and Corporate & Wholesale units. The new legal entities will be registered effective 30 June and will operate under the same shareholding and management structure. Invitel will continue to exist as the vehicle for its Residential and Small businesses, customers, assets and employees. Invitech Solutions will hold the Corporate and Wholesale businesses, customers, assets and employees. A third entity, Invitel Central Services will provide intercompany
