Magyar Telekom Q2 revenues grow 4.4%

Hungarian operator Magyar Telekom reported a net profit of HUF 12.5 billion for the second quarter of 2015, up from HUF 11.6 billion in the same period last year. EBITDA grew by 5.2 percent to HUF 52.18 billion, helped by reduction in employee costs, and revenues rose by 4.4 percent to HUF 158.5 billion. Contributing to the positive revenue growth were system integration and information technology services, energy services, mobile data and equipment sales.
