Mail.ru accused of throttling services for Beeline customers

Russian operator Beeline has accused the internet company Mail.ru Group of throttling access to its services for Beeline subscribers. Mail.ru said it cut off a direct connection provided free to Beeline after the latter increased the price of SMS to Mail.ru six-fold.
