Makedonski Telekom introduces 'Self-help' service

Saturday 20 June 2015 | 22:37 CET | News
Makedonski Telekom and T-Mobile have introduced 'Self-help', a service that allows users to check their internet traffic consumption or get feedback via SMS on any problems with certain services (internet, voice and TV), reports Makfax. Access is possible by ringing the call centre on 122 from a mobile phone. Users choose the technical support option and then 'Self-help', which offers four options. Another novelty is the e-Care self-service option over the internet, providing users with advice and guidance for a number of fixed and mobile telephony issues.
