Malaysia govt offers MYR 30 cash for e-wallet users to boost adoption

Malaysia's finance minister Lim Guan Eng has announced that around 15 million Malaysians are eligible to claim MYR 30 e-credit from the government, through e-wallet operators GrabPay, Boost, and Touch 'n Go eWallet, writes Malaysian news agency Bernama. The government has allocated MYR 450 million for this initiative, which is designed to increase adoption of e-wallet services on the local market.
