Malaysia tops network 'consistent quality' ranking in SEA - study

Mobile network users in Malaysia experience excellent network quality 57 percent of the time, while in the Philippines this falls to just 33 percent, according to a report from Tutela, looking into the mobile experiences of users in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. The study also found that Malaysia had both the highest download speeds and the highest excellent consistent quality score among the countries studied, with Maxis score of 69 percent was the best of any operator in the region. Celcom scored 62 percent, placing it second overall.
