Malta sees increase of 13% in consumer telecom complaints in H2 2018

Malta's telecommunications authority MCA received 132 complaints from subscribers of telephony, internet, and TV services and those consumers who made use of the postal services, an increase of 13 percent when compared to H1 2018. Some 95 percent of the complaints were investigated and closed by MCA within 20 working days. During this period, the MCA also received 354 requests for information.
