Malta's Swish rebrands as Truevo to avoid Swedish confusion

Swish Payments, the Maltese card acquirer and payment services provider, said it will be rebranding as Truevo Payments on 01 March in order to avoid confusion with the similarly named payments company in Sweden. The Swedish one is run by a number of banks. The Maltese one was founded in 2012 and enables European businesses to accept payments on various channels.
