Mango Telecom adds automatic customer call response to PBX service

Russian VoIP operator Mango Telecom has added a new tool to its PBX service Mango Office, for automatic call responses based on a certain trigger, such as filling in a template by a customer or making a purchase on the online shop. The PBX service will initiate the call at once when a free call centre employee is available.
