Maroc Telecom adds Berber voicemail interface

Tuesday 2 July 2013 | 09:29 CET | News
Maroc Telecom has added voicemail service in the Amazigh language, spoken by North Africa's Berber people, to complement its current provision of French and Arabic. Users can choose the language to communicate with their voicemail and to personalise their message. Maroc Telecom has a policy of making new ICT products more accessible by taking account of customers' linguistic diversity. The operator has been selling handsets adapted for Amazigh since February 2011.
