Marvell appoints Ixia, Adobe execs to board

Marvell has appointed two new executives to its board. Bethany Mayer is the former president and CEO of Ixia, and Donna Morris is the EVP of Customer and Employee Experience at Adobe. Meanwhile, incumbent directors Gerri Elliott, who recently joined Cisco Systems as its new chief sales and marketing officer, and Peter Feld have both said they will not be standing for re-election. The company's AGM is scheduled for 28 June.
