Marvell lowers revenue guidance on softer demand, macroeconomic uncertainty

Marvell said preliminary revenues for its fiscal fourth quarter to 2 February came in lower than forecast, on weaker-than-expected demand for storage controllers that is expected to continue in the first quarter. The company now sees revenues for Q4 at USD 735-745 million, below its guidance range of USD 790-830 million.
