Mashreq Bank selects Avaya to support remote banking services

Mashreq Bank said it is working with Avaya to develop customer services, through robotics, analytics, cloud and e-channels. The two companies having worked together since 2012 to improve banking for UAE customers. Mashreq Bank also announced the launch of the Remote Expert Advisory service, supported by Avaya, which lets customers visiting the Mashreq Branch of the Future remotely engage banking product advisors and do transactions securely online.
