MasMovil approves move to Spain's official stock market

Friday 23 June 2017 | 09:40 CET | News
Spanish operator MasMovil announced that its shareholders have approved the board's proposal to list on Spain's official electronic stock market. MasMovil has been trading on Madrid's MAB alternative stock exchange since 2012 but last year acquired rivals Yoigo and Pepephone to become the country's fourth largest operator. In a statement MasMovil said it will become the first company to move from the MAB to the official stock market when it completes the process next month in coordination with Spanish market regulator CNMV.
