Mauritania sanctions telecom operators over poor service quality

Maroc Telecom subsidiary Mauritel, Tunisie Telecom subsidiary Mattel and Sudatel subsidiary Chinguitel have been sanctioned against by the Mauritanian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (ARE) for the poor quality of their services in many cities, localities, agglomerations and road axes, Ecofin reported. This time, they are fined more than MRO 95 million.
