MaxLinear backhaul chipset enables new Aviat Networks multiband platform

MaxLinear announced that Aviat Networks selected the MxL1105 CMOS transceiver along with the MxL85652 and MxL85110 modems for its new line of WTM 4800 Multi-Band radios. The Aviat WTM 4800 is a new radio platform for E-Band and Multi-Band 5G transport applications. The WTM 4800 includes single-channel 80GHz plus a single or dual-channel microwave (6-42GHz) in one self-contained outdoor unit.
